Custom laminated bags for dry dog & cat food, freeze-dried, wet food, semi-wet food, and pet snacks — built to pass FDA, EU, and LFGB food-contact standards. One-on-one solution design, 1:1 color reproduction, and full certification documentation with every order.
Most packaging failures aren’t discovered at the factory — they show up at customs, on retail shelves, or in customer complaints. These are the six issues we hear from every new client who has switched from a previous supplier.
of pet food brands report
at least one packaging
compliance failure per year
Your supplier prints attractive bags but cannot provide FDA 21 CFR, EU (CE), or LFGB documentation. Retail buyers, Amazon, and customs authorities increasingly demand these certificates — and “we’re compliant” without paperwork is simply not accepted.
Shipments held at customs, retailer listing rejections, brand liability exposure in regulated markets
Inconsistent heat-seal control and low-grade laminated film lead to weak seams and inadequate oxygen or moisture barriers. For pet food — especially oily kibble, freeze-dried treats, and wet food — a single leaking or stale bag triggers returns, negative reviews, and retailer chargebacks.
1-star reviews citing “arrived open / stale / spilled”, product waste, retailer chargebacks
Without a retained Pantone formula and plate library, every reorder is essentially a new print job. Brand colors shift between batches — sometimes subtly, sometimes dramatically — making your product look inconsistent across SKUs, seasons, and retail channels.
Brand dilution, shelf inconsistency, costly reprints, strained retailer relationships
Many suppliers cannot tell you the actual OTR (oxygen transmission rate) or WVTR (water vapour transmission rate) of the film they’re using — let alone which laminated structure it is. For pet food with a 12–24 month shelf-life requirement, the wrong barrier means spoilage, recalls, and lost consumer trust.
Premature product spoilage, shelf-life claims that can’t be substantiated, potential product recalls
A new product launch, seasonal promotion, or retail listing window waits for no one. Suppliers who overpromise on lead times — then deliver 3–4 weeks late — force brands to delay launches, miss promotional windows, and disappoint retail partners who have already committed shelf space.
Missed launch windows, lost retail listings, emergency air freight costs, damaged buyer relationships
Time-zone gaps, rotating sales contacts, and 48–72 hour response times make it impossible to manage urgent issues — a last-minute artwork change, a rush order, a quality question before shipment. When problems arise, you need a person who knows your account, not a ticket number.

Explore our full range of food-grade laminated bags — from 50g trial-size snack pouches to 20kg bulk dry food sacks. Every style is fully customizable in structure, size, print, and function.
Every laminated bag starts with the right film selection. We use only food-grade certified materials — each chosen for its specific barrier, structural, or printability role in the final laminate stack.
Polyethylene Terephthalate
Used as the surface (outer) layer. Excellent transparency and printability — the primary printing substrate for high-definition gravure and flexographic printing. Provides structural rigidity and scratch resistance to the finished bag. Commonly applied across all pet food packaging formats.
Aluminium Foil
Used as the intermediate barrier layer. Lightweight with excellent processability, ductility, and corrosion resistance. Provides superior barrier properties — effectively blocks air, water vapour, and light. The critical layer for ensuring long shelf life in dry kibble, freeze-dried food, and high-fat pet snacks.
Polyethylene
Used as the inner (food-contact) layer. Superior low-temperature resistance — minimum service temperature down to −100°C to −70°C — making it ideal for frozen and refrigerated pet food. Odorless and non-toxic, ensuring the safety and integrity of pet food contents. Provides the heat-seal layer for bag closure.
Nylon (Polyamide / PA)
Used as an alternative surface layer where mechanical strength is the priority. Water-resistant, lightweight, highly wear-resistant, and puncture-resistant. NY/PE composite bags are the recommended structure for heavy-duty packaging — 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, and 20kg bulk dry food sacks where drop and abrasion resistance are critical.
PET substrate + PVDC coating
A high-barrier film — PET substrate coated with polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC) emulsion. Extremely low oxygen transmission rate (OTR) and water vapour transmission rate (WVTR). Ideal for wet pet food, semi-wet food, and high-moisture snacks where standard PET is insufficient. Effectively extends shelf life while preserving flavour and nutritional value.
Cost-effective two-layer structure. Good moisture resistance and printability. Suitable for dry pet food with standard shelf-life requirements.
Three-layer structure with aluminium foil core. Superior oxygen, moisture, and light barrier. The most widely used structure for premium pet food packaging.
Nylon outer layer delivers exceptional mechanical strength. Ideal for heavy-duty bulk packaging where drop resistance and abrasion protection are critical.
PVDC-coated PET with aluminium foil core. Ultra-low OTR and WVTR. The premium choice for wet food, semi-wet food, and high-oil-content pet snacks.
Cost-effective two-layer structure. Good moisture resistance and printability. Suitable for dry pet food with standard shelf-life requirements.
Aluminium foil and PVDC-coated layers deliver near-zero oxygen transmission — preventing oxidation, rancidity, and flavour loss throughout the product’s shelf life.
NY outer layers and AL foil cores provide mechanical strength against puncture and abrasion during transit, while blocking UV and visible light that degrades nutrients.
The combined barrier performance of our certified laminate structures supports 6–24 month shelf life claims — helping brands reduce waste and meet retailer requirements.
We use advanced gravure and flexographic printing technology to deliver vivid, durable, and consistent color across every batch — with Pantone matching and 1:1 artwork reproduction from your design draft.
Intaglio · Cylinder-based · High volume
Gravure printing uses engraved cylinders to transfer ink directly onto the film surface. It delivers the highest color consistency, finest detail reproduction, and most durable ink adhesion — making it the industry standard for premium pet food packaging at medium-to-high volumes.
Relief · Plate-based · Flexible substrates
Flexographic printing uses flexible photopolymer plates and fast-drying inks. It is well-suited for simpler designs, spot-color applications, and packaging structures where plate cost efficiency is a priority. Ideal for gusseted bulk bags and large-format packaging with fewer color layers.
Gloss Lamination— vivid, high-impact
Matte Lamination— premium, tactile
Soft-Touch Finish— luxury feel
Spot UV / Foil— accent highlights

Resealable zipper with bottom gusset allows the bag to stand upright on shelf. Keeps contents fresh after opening — essential for dry food and treats sold in retail environments.
Clear or frosted window panel lets consumers see the product inside — building trust and appetite appeal. Available in any shape and position. Compatible with all laminate structures.
Die-cut handle hole or reinforced euro-slot for easy carrying. Essential for 5kg, 10kg, and 20kg bulk bags. Reinforced with patch for load-bearing integrity on heavy packages.
Allows gas to escape from inside the bag without letting air in — essential for fermented pet food, freshly roasted treats, and products that off-gas after packaging. Prevents bag swelling and seal failure during transit.
Pre-cut tear notch and scored easy-tear line allow consumers to open the bag cleanly without scissors. Improves user experience and reduces product spillage at first opening.
Every element of the bag surface can be customized to meet your target market’s labeling requirements. We support EU and US pet food labeling standards, including nutrition facts panels, ingredient lists, feeding guides, and all mandatory regulatory marks.
